| As a result of my passion to improve the health of Canadians in all areas of their life, I recognized I needed to move to a location that would enable me to do more. The new location has the room for comprehensive testing (of fitness, mood, body composition, blood chemistry) and for group meetings. It also has the staff (physiotherapists, kinesiologists, sports medicine doctors, nurses) who are qualified to design high-quality programs for each person's needs. And, it is in the same building as the largest fitness club in Abbotsford, so you can implement some of your behavioral changes in the same visit.
